3/4/2023 0 Comments Planet horse![]() You check for "invisible" and tag the minecart with "invisible_minecart" (in the function with the same name). Something like that would be a bit better : execute as run function hark:invisible_minecartsI might be wrong but I think your minecart tagging is inconsistent. You should try to factorise function as much as possible to reduce the amount of execute as You can also use entity tags to do so, especially at the end of the tick function. I think you can give players a spawn egg instead of a wfoas, this way the cart will be placed well.Īlso, since selecting entty is pretty expensive for the game, you can optimize your selectors. You can also manage all the crafting stuff with recipe_unlocked advancement. This way you don't track this player in your tick function. You can trigger it with the inventory_changed trigger and checking in that advancement if the player has some planks in his inventory. You can use an advancement for giving the recipe to the player. Your datapack has been showcased in the TheDerpyWale's latest video ( I also have some technic feedback : That's a great datapack to add a bit of use to the horses. ![]() When 2 carts collide duplicate leather items and minecarts with a chest will no longer spawn. Carts will only be placed when using the cart item rather than a warped fungus on a stick. > If the cart is semi - inside a block it can appear dark - this is also also just a visual glitch.īoth the datapack and resource pack are inside of the. > When two carts collide duplicates can sometimes be seen - this is also just a visual glitch. > The wheels can sometimes appear rotated wrongly for a few seconds - this is just a visual glitch. It can still be destroyed or attatched to a horse in this state. > The cart when being placed can sometimes appear in the ground or above blocks. If you would like to swap the current cart connected to your horse with another, simply guiding the horse twoards another cart will do so. > Certain textures (the target and chest) will change depending on what textures you use. ![]() > Dust particles are also used when stopping. > If there is only 1 player on the back of the cart and the horse tries to move it will be drastically slowed down and dust particles will form. This took ages and in my opinion looks very cool. > The wheels of the cart are animated s m o o t h l y. > The cart has an onboard chest that can be interacted with. (If you are having issues removing the cart just drop a minecart on it and it will be broken) This means that using a ranged weapon, sabotage is possible >:) *The cart can only be destroyed in survival* To remove the cart simply hit the target located on the back *repeatedly* as you would with a boat or minecart. If a horse comes into contact with the cart some particles and a message will display that the cart has been connected (recommended you do this with a lead), the cart will now follow behind the horse. Once crafted (shown in the images) the cart can be placed. This datapack aims to feel as v a n i l l a as possible with the cart working similarly to a boat.
